    my local walmarts seem to circulate the 1:64's pretty quickly but the same 1:24 pintos and grimlins have been sitting on the shelves since last year. a few extra bucks is no big deal if its the diffrence between getting them or not

    Man, I guess it was late last night when I wrote that.
    Reading it now, It seems to have come off as more of a rant than an answer to the question Stefan asked. Sorry...

    In regaurds to a "Group Deal" I'd have to say not yet. Maurice at MotorMax came to me with the case purchase for the 1:64 Mavericks. From what I was told the set of four, in the tray as shown in the picture is the way they are selling them to dealers for resale to the rest of the market (you and I) either individually or as the set... I was going to ask them if they might set up a package to get all the production models in a set (i.e. Four Comets, four Mavericks and four Maverick Grabbers) for us to buy directly for us as members. I think that by the time that would be arranged most of us would have at least some of them and wouldn't buy a full set. I am still working on getting them to produce an exclusive to the MCCI with a special logo or paint job on a Maverick and/or Comet just for us. :thumbs2: That is my ultimate goal... They haven't said no so I will keep asking...

    I hope this is a little more informative than what I wrote last night. (y)

    Some sort of Maverick package and some sort of Comet Package would be fine. I would like to have each car individually packaged if possible. Thanks Jay.

    Maurice at MotorMax just got back to me on the package deals and this is what he said:

    "There will only be two colors of each the Maverick and Comet in individual packaging. The tray version is the only way to get all the colors of each model."

    Sorry everyone... I was hoping to get each in its' own package for display purposes too.

    I'll keep you all updated if anything changes...
