Apparently CSRP offers a kit that allows use of the double piston SN-95 Mustang dual piston caliper. I haven't researched the ins/outs but picts are in this article. They are swapping granada spindle on early Mustang using SN-95 calipers. CSRP also offers new stock Granada spindles, plus a revised version that readily works on '65/'66 Stang.
