245 60R14's.. on the rear?

    That's basically the same size as a 275/60/15, which are a little tall and wide, but have been done.

    do they fit with the 8 inch rim or do you have to go with a 7 inch rim

    I thought 14s were getting really hard to find. I have 255/60-R15s on a 7 inch rim. (Granada rear). I wouldnt want a wider rim with this rubber. Never rubs. It is right to the lip though.

    I'm using a 245/50R16 on a 7" wide TT2. I have about 3/4" to the leaf spring and roughly an 1" to the lip in the rear without rolling. I plan to go up to a 255/50R16 when I get tires again. I might even space it out about 1/2"
