250 i6 to 351w v8 swap

    1972 ford maverick grabber, 1977 ford maverick 4dr 351 v8
    i might go with the 302 with some performance parts. i want dual exhaust, headers, etc and i dont think thats doable with the 351. also does anyone know how much the unisteer rack and pinnion bolt on kit improves handling, ive been really eyeing that kit up to give my car better handling when i put a bigger engine in. the manual steering and stock steering system just makes me nervous sometimes on the road. my maverick likes to drift

    Just turn it into a 347, the lighter rotating assembly will wind up quicker than a 351.
