Hate to hear that about the Sony. I have one of the Sony head units and I think it is the X-plod. I have moved it from different trucks about 4 times and just pulled it out of the Bronco the other day when I sold it. I plan to put it in the 72 Maverick. Been a good one but might die tomorrow. Guess it is like anything these days. Might be a good one but might also be a lemon. I have some 6x9 infinities for the rear and some cheap 6 1/2's for the kick panels. I figure that ought to sound good enough for my old ears. lol clint
Megadeth just sounds right in an older car, I wish there was a classic rock station on AM around here.
Here's suicide silence(from my hometown) for those who don't know what Deathcore sounds like I do love classic metal tough. As for the maverick...i love playing classic rock..like in this video that i made.
haha suicide silence,i seen them so many times here in san antonio well getting off subject my radio broke cause water got to it how do i fix that??
i used to have that problem with my jeep i considered putting plastic over the top of the head unit. i was about 2 steps away from just putting it in a ziplock. as for the sony xplodes i had a pair of 6x9 and 4.25 in my jeep and the sounded great i used a cheap rampage 100 watt amp on the 6x9s and turned on the 125 LPF in the head unit so my 6x9s where my subs. it was a bit quieter with the LPF on but much clearer. I also used the usb port in the front of my head unit awesome quality if the music is recorded right. Also i bought a 320 external hard drive that was usb never ran out of music. kinda nice to always have "new" music to listen too
