Will a 302 motor mount for a maverick fit in a 77 mustang II? If not what would work.

just use a mustang 2 motor mount for a 302. 77 mustang 2 came with 302 from the factory. where the mount fastens to the block is the same but different where it fastens to frame( tower) Your local parts supplier will have the rite mount.

On all 302 blocks the motor mount bolts to the block exactlly the same. The measurement between the two bolts is the same. whats different or maybe the same is where it fastens to the frame. take a mount in your hand and see if it will bolt up to the frame without engine in engine compartment. If the maverick mount will fasten to the frame mounts that you have then your in luck. If not then you have to find mounts for 302 in a mustang 2.Check the cobra mustang 2.
