I doubt a Mustang II drum or hub would work at all.

I didnt know Crazy Rays was in VA, or did you come up to the Jessup location? From 74 on, mustangs were the mustang ll and were all 4 lug. Maybe you saw an early 70 in which case, I'm pretty sure the drum brakes will work. Personelly, I wouldnt waste money on drum brakes. Find a disc set up. I have a couple of complete set ups. Email me if interested.

What does a set of front drums go for and how difficult is the swap? I think thats my next mod.

You will need the 5 lug Drums, backing plates, brake cylinders, and brakes themselves. 4 lug drums have 9" brakes where all 5 lug drum are 10". The only parts that are the same are the spindles and wheel bearings everything else your going to need.
