I like rowing the gears myslef but all my cars except my truck have autos They both have their place. NIce Cougar seems like a popular trend own a mav and a cougar. My Cougar is 67 standard coupe painted Egg Yolk Yellow(newer mustang color) 351w (noit in it yetbuilt real nice) Edelbrock Rims and the list goes on and on

I like manual trans the best, there is nothing nicer than hitting that favorite corner and being able to pick the right gear for a four wheel drift exit. Auto's just don't feel right even when you manually shift them.

I also drive in stop and go traffic and the pain there is worth the fun elsewhere.

Have fun and bang a gear for me.

People who like Cougars and Mavs are not your standard car nuts...they are a special breed!! I run into a lot of people who dont even have a clue what either car is....its sad. (But it leaves more cars for us!)

Here is a picture of my big block Eliminator taken sometime around 1983.

Never should have sold that puppy!

Your right! You never should have sold it Oh well, life happens. Where did it go?

A friend of mine had (or has) a 69 boss 302 eliminator for sale. I will have to check to see if he still has it. I think he was asking about $6000 for it. Needed paint.
