79 granada bench seat in 72 maverick?

    72 Mercury Cougar
    will it fit? im concerned about a difference in the floorboard. the granada has a catalytic converter, the mav does not. is it still a direct bolt in? i really like the cloth seat with arm rest

    missing my 71 maverick i6 3 on the tree :(
    you didn't say what year your mav was, but i know that the granada bench will fit in a 72, scott has one in his 72 4 door.. good luck and let us know if/when you do it..
