I have a 9inch third member with a 3.50 and 31 splines from a truck. Can I use my 8inch spider gears to get the 28 splines for my 3.50 ratio? I have a 9inch housing to put under the maverick and using the stock 28 spline axles. Thanks Robert

im not sure if 28 spline spiders will fit a 31 spline case. i know 28 spline spiders will interchange in a 8" and 9". i can try it at the shop tomarrow and get back to you.
oh man i forgot. sorry ill do it tomarrow. i have a 31 spline case on my bench right now. so it will be no problem.
