Just got back from the Mecum Auction in Kissimee Florida....There was a nice '71 Grabber there.....Not concourse by a long shot but a very nice Cali. car....The color was a non stock yellowish pearl...Well, a guy on the floor and a guy on the phone both wanted it...The reserve came off at $11k....These two battled back and forth until the hammer fell at, get this...$26,500.00....The owner must've thought he died and went to heaven.....Seems like the highest price paid for one of these that i've ever heard of

    This is the car

....Btw...Also saw the Dyno Don car...I think it goes over the block fri. or sat

Sweet! Looks like chrome yellow (a Ford color). That was an awsome price, even with the seats in the shape that they were in. Not saying they were bad, but so generic looking.

Pretty sure if i was spending that much Jimmy's car would be at the top of my list...plus id save 10k for whatever else. I hate bench seat cars anyway...it's not a truck.
