    HI

I am new to the board. I am post some questions for my dad who was a 71 mav. He just got it painted and he is really happy about.

He is wondering about installing a After market Air Condition system such as a Vinage Air or Air tique(sp) heat and AC combo.

If so does it work? And how does it fit?
Also Did you use a sure fit unit for a mustang if so what year and model #.

Thanks from my Dad Jay and me Stephanie.

I know some people that have old Dodges, I dont think they have been happy with Vintage Air.

Always8; I have an aftermarket underdash system in my 69.5, and I am very happy with it. It has the unit that mounts under the package tray, and runs from under the steering wheel all the way to the end of the dash. It is R134A, and is very cold. I'll take a look and see who makes it, and as I remember, it cost $1500, drive in hot, drive out cold. Later,

    Earl
