I pulled the almost new Alt out of my junk 73 galaxie to put in the 74 Mav. That has more AMP's than the Mav ALT. Thay both have the old stock Reg in them. My question is. The Galaxie used the STA wire and not the GRD wire that is left open on the ALT. But the Mav uses the GRD wire and not the STA that is left open on the Mav. I's it ok to just wire it up the same way as the Mav?
