I am trying to figure out if these are still for sale in stores. I will pay you $50 plus the full cost of the toy and pay for shipping everything to us. It has to have been purchased within November 2009, December 2009, to the present. Pictures with time stamps of the item sitting on the shelve would be helpful as well. Wal-Mart is probably going to be the main source but they have found them in CVS, Target, Toys-R-Us, and many other hobby related stores.

    Thank you,

    Chris

this explains why I am looking: http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=624360

A poster that I made is in these and that is why I am trying to track down if they are still for sale. I already own most of them but I have been told they have been pulled from the shelves but found one for sale as recent as last month by someone on our website.

No wonder we can't find these anymore! I just read the whole thread from the link that was posted, and had to go check out mine. Sure enough, the poster described in the thread is on mine!

    That's interesting...
MIne has it on the side of the tool box! :D
Did they not want to just pay you out?
"American Junk".... That won't get you much support around here, and I'm not even American!!

So..if I run out to Wal-Mart right now, and buy everyone they have, you'll give me $50 each? I'm sure they still have them, but no Maverick ones...I looked the other day.

The "American Junk" hurt my feelings...since a good chunk of Mavericks were made in Canada...

I'm sure that everyone that bought them took a picture of them on the shelf with a time stamp on them.???

BTW, I've got 2 with yellow Mavericks and 1 with a white Maverick and they all have that poster.

Don, I think what he is wanting to confirm is that MotorMax didn't take all them off the shelves when they said they did. I can see where the guy would be p.o. ed about them using the poster without his permission or paying him for it's use. It's kind of a backwards compliment actually, the Chinese thought it looked good enough to copy! Not the first time the Chinese have gotten caught copying stuff!

I just posted on their site. We'll see what happens. "I bought two of them with that poster on the wall today at WalMart in Casa Grande AZ. They were on sale. While I don't have the picture on the shelf. I did get them seperate on a dated sales slip with the Walmart code on them.":)
