Yeah, I know. I'll be stopping in today to see if the order cam in yet, she ordered them on the 29th of march. I've been stopping over there every day. So maybe they will show on my day off.

I need that elusive white one. I haven't seen a 1:24 Maverick yet. What company is supposedly putting it out??

Still trying to find a mav, the Walmart I went to doesn't even carry them but this one had been returned there and was just randomly hanging with he hot wheels.

Would love to see some pics!!!

i've got white, red, and yellow. but i haven't seen any red ones here in az. the bad part is the mavericks, pintos and mustangs all have the same bar code so they probably won't be ordering any more.

I was tooling around the net today and tried www.motormaxtoy.com (not motormaxtoys) got to the web site and placed a call to the sales rep there. He was a bit blunt:mad: to say the least. I tried to be polite and showed much interest in the items and in short he said... NO! we won't be making any Mavericks in 1:24 scale... NO! There will not be a second run in different colors... And finally NO! You can not place an order thruogh us. So... I figured my next best bet would be to give a call to China and try my luck there. There is or must be a demand for them so why should there be such rude and inconciderate people working for a company. We are in fact paying this guy with our purchases' are we not...?:16suspect

Since finding the two I started this thread with I have had no luck in finding any others. (5-6 WalMarts near me) Toy dept. people were cool enough to place orders for me but the "higher ups" always seem to kill the order before it can be placed. I just don't want to see these just go away before we all can get our hands on as many as we want. Without the Epay markups... :bs:
OK, I'm done venting... I hoped to bring some good news to you all but no such luck thus far, I'll keep tring though.:yup:

jay. i hate to say it but it looks to me like a 1 time order. simply because the bar codes are the same for all the cars, no matter what type or color. i haven't seen any new ones show up on the shelves out this way. :)
