Well tomorrow may be picking up a '76 for parts for a foxbody project (460 stroked..maybe 520 or so) is there anything i should pull off of it besides motor, trans, rear end? the car is pretty dang nice except for a fender is a llittle crunched up...hard to find parts i should take off and sell? or keep for my comet or the fox? do they have front disks? and are they useful?
I'd fix it up if all it needs is a fender! Those are beautiful driving cars! They're not as bad on gas as you might think, either!
Wheel bolt pattern is a oddball 5" same as chev pickups and be carefull of the rear end could be one of the wierd 9 3/8".Maybee too new for that though.
hopefully too new for the 9 3/8..we got this boat of a thing home on sunday..gotta find out what parts i can use still for my comet..(so happy the blinker knob fits perfect so i wont stab my hand now) then how wide stock fox rear's are..to if i need to narrow it..and then try and find out what parts are worth money to sell! things a full load baby..comfy as hell, dont feel bad that i will chop it up though as it has been hit in the front and rusty under the rear seats.
