Body Guys - Fixable?

The refund was denied by Paypal, despite having ZERO contact from the seller before the claim was escalated. No idea what he told Paypal after that. The guy must know exactly how to play the game. Paypal is the same stupid joke it was years ago the last time I filed a claim. Last damn time I ever used Ebay/Paypal unless I can't find the part elsewhere. I'm sick of feeding their coffers and not getting crap in return (is Ebay run by the govenrment????? )
