body panels

I have a 1970 2 door maverick. Around the bottom end of the rear quarter panel i have a lot of rust damage, below the marker light. Body parts in the UK are unheard and shipping and import tax is really high. Is there any body panels that i may be able to get over here for say a mustang that i could use instead. I only need the very bottom of the quarter panel as the rest is good con. I would rather replace with metal and not a fibreglass. if you could help that would be great thanks

 

Nothing else is a direct fit, don't know if there is anything close enough that you could even use it without modding the heck out of it. I suppose you could compare an early mustang lower quarter patch panel and see if it's close enough to 'make it fit'

 

Find yourself a good sheetmetal guy or bodyman, should be an easy patch to make.
