Looks good, what did you use on the tail lights, vht night shades?

Yeah, a buddy of mine used it on a few cars. Do you do any special prep / finishing work, or just spray it on and let it dry?

Also, have you ever had a problem from the cops about it, I've heard a couple people down here have.

 

The only thing i recommend with prepping is to be sure and wipe the surface extremely clean before spraying it. i also wipe the lens im fixing to paint off with laquer thinner and let it air dry for 2-3 minutes before painting. ive done this on every set ive done and every set has came out flawless with no imperfections what so ever..

as for the local law enforement, ive never had any kind of problem at all....but then again i only apply 3 coats so that when the light comes up, it's still extremely bright and doesnt affect the bulbs ability to shine at all. ive never even seen or heard of anyone around ever having trouble because of tinted tails
