Brake Line/Shock Tower Grommets

    For many years we've heard these are not reproduced. I did extensive research to find something comparable and have found they ARE reproduced!!... This is GREAT news to our community and to those in the process of restoring their cars. These can be purchased from Bob Drake Ford and Melvins Classic Ford (google for phone #). They are sold as a "Speedometer Cable Grommet" for 33-39 Ford Pick-ups. They are identical to your original shock tower grommet used where the brake lines pass through. Call either one and order part number "B-14604". They sell for $2.00 each. Upon close inspection of your original grommet, you should see B14604 on it. Just wanted to share this info. You will need to order 2 in order to replace the grommet on both sides. The photo I attached has the grommet from the other package for additional detail.

    Yeah, we use those on furnaces, I used some on my car a few years back.
