I've replaced the cowl, pulled the dash and almost the entire interior.

I've got the dash and heaterbox back in there, dash is only being held on by the 4 or 5 screws across the cowl.

Are there any bits that I can't get back together or are far more difficult to get back together after the windshield has been installed?

Dash board and headliner are difficult to install with the windshield in place.

Just to elaborate on what Maveman72 posted

Your dash should be completely installed with the lower bracket bolts also so your dash is tight in the car - the lower part of the windshield gasket seals against the top of the dash and hides those small screws when installed. The very front part of the headliner also slightly folds over the top of the windshield opening before the gasket is installed :)
