    will the doors on a 4 door maverick work on a two door car. front doors that is .

    At least they won't stick and there's no chance of being locked out! That's two good reasons to use 'em right off the bat!

    Just take you a rope, tie around the door handle and then tie it around the head rest. Good to go! :D

    Or, you could just cut the body down in the middle so the door will close. Call it the Maverick SS, for "Super Short". :rofl2:

    I'd like to see a photo shop of that, a 4 door with a 2 door back end grafted on at the center pillar. Or maybe a 4 door with 2 door back end grafted on at the rear door, bolt the 2 door rear doors on the center pillar, make a Limo.

    nah, ya don't need a rope, just bolt em on and hold em while ya drive, it'll be fine!

    actually when i was younger i had a old scout 4x4 and i used the rope trick on it . then got a little money and put a fence latch on it .
    i talked the wife into not getting a bigger car.so im keeping the comet :yahoo:

    one time i left the door open to my town car and backed into it with the monte and bent it back. i had to roll the window down a little bit and wrap duct tape arount the window frame and door pillar.

    i junked that POS a month later. if i knew i was getting a maverick i woulda kept it for the 5.0 but at the time i had a yard full of g-bodys, what was i going to do with a 302?
