    I'd have to file a claim with Fed Ex, eBay, and PayPal over that. It wasn't packaged right, and it for sure wasn't handled right.

    I'd bet eBay would refund your money with their satisifaction warranty. Send them the pics from the ad, and pics of when you recieved it.
    FedEx should have to eat the shipping cost's, too.
