The title sums it up... What would be the correct B.S. so nothing rubs, I am thinking about a 245 x 60 series in the front

I have 15x7 with 4.50 backspacing with zero issues

A 245 up front is gonna rub without modifications.

I've run 215's before and 225's may work, depending on ride height and strut rod adjustment

I run 225/70/15 with 3.25 BS on the front of my 71 grabber... Going with 225/60/15 with a 4.25 BS on all four corners on my 72 Sprint...

I had factory 15 x 7 Magnum 500's with 225/60 15 all the way round on the Maverick without problem. I think the Magnums are 4.25 - 4.5 backspace.

A 225 will work fine with the backspacing I mentioned.
