    I need to know what parts and years can interchange with this 4 door model including seats

    Welcome to the board. Most of the parts interchange. As for the interior I think the 74 thru 77 are a direct fit. Might be a little different for the rear seat and side panels. Not sure on the 4drs. though. I'm sure someone else will chime in.:)
