Nice ... Get rid of the lower Body line/Angle ... and drop the center line down a tad and it will look even more like a modern Maverick.

Oh, also I would like a 5.4 in mine rather than a 5.0.

 

Sorry, the only engines you can get now is the 4.2L V6 on the basic model or the 5.0 on the GT model but I heard that in 2013 they might come with the "shelby" model that will have the 5.0 super-charged + lots of goodies

 

Well, I was hoping for a 5.4, then some magic like Shelby does for the
"Super Snake"......................720hp would just about right for the "New
Generation Mav".
Here is a picture of one of the Super Snakes my local Ford dealer had in his showroom and although the price was a little much for me, the 720HP
is just about right for a factory 6spd street car, with warranty.......well, maybe a little more HP wouldn't hurt..................IMHO

The sticker was $92k, but it included about $5k of stereo stuff, and some other options. I think a stripped down Super Snake could be had for $75/80k.

 

Oooh! I actually like that one. I think the scoops on the hood should be a little more flush though. Needs a light kit in that bumper too. Oh, heck. I guess I'll take a metal flake blue one!!

Other than the wheels being too big and the tires not having a sidewall, it looks pretty good. At least it's a two door, not a four door like the Fusion, Taurus, Impala, Malibu and Charger....

 

ford should make this to answer back to the challenger and camaro comebacks.

You should go down to your nearest dealer and tell him you are interest in the new SHO.............go for a test ride and then tell me again how you don't like 2twomany doors!!!!!!!!!!!!! 375HP in the SHO is a real Hoot, and you will quickly forget that it has 2 more doors than you want.

Nope. Ain't gonna happen. I've never liked four doors, period. Wouldn't care if it had a blown Hemi in it. Had to suffer owning a few while there was kids at home, but now it's just me and the Mrs. Only thing I have liked being four door was our Explorer. Would like to have an Expedition, but it's not in the cards right now. They have their place, but they're not for me.
