What parts can you use for a 70 Mav, other than rear end.
How about brake ensembly from a Versailles?
I'am stripping one and I just like to know what other parts could be useful when restoring my car [IMG]

Engine, Trans, wheels, disc brake spindles, bucket seats and console if it has one (the one I stripped actually had a power bench seat!), dome/map light, lighted visors, steering wheel, trunk mat/carpeting.

I could have used the wiring harness for the dome/map lights but my new headliner is already installed ... :(

The steering column and master cylinder/ power booster unfortunately will not interchange with a Maverick. I really wanted a tilt wheel in the Mav but it wasn't to be, at least not from a Versailles.

DMHines; If you're careful, you can fish a new wire in there for the map lights. You can pull off the flexible edging that runs around the top of the door and gain access underneath the headliner material. I used a piece of aluminum fence wire as a fish and pulled another wire right in there.

the lower ball joints on the versailles ire actuallt larger than a mav or granada, you'll need to change them over on the mav to use the front spindles....
