location for mounting fuel regulator?

    i been looking to get a fuel regulator and cant decide on a good location to mount it,if anyone has a regulator on thier maverick,comet and could give me some advice or ideas please chim ein thanks. also would like to know what you use to mount your regulator

    mine is mounted on the driver's side inner fender, it came with the mounting bracket.

    ---- 1976 Comet --- 1974 Maverick- - '61 Comet T'Bolt Six ---- 'quite a few projects ...
    ... kinda' tight in the SC'd 74/250 engine bay with all the needed adder stuff, bypass regulator fits fine where the OEM fuel line exits at left inner fender.

    PS - the 'Mr. Gasket" dial-type regulators are notorious for rupturing and pumping fuel onto hot engine ! ( a scary experience with hot engine flooded with fuel! )
