I have seen a number of pics showing vintage Mustang taillights on Mavericks, they look good. Question: What year (Mustang) taillights work best, that is with little "fab" work, or do they all need "fab" work on the rear...for example: I know, or have read that the longer Bobcat taillights will simply bolt right on, is it the same with the Mustang lights?

The mustang lights you are referring to are actually 64/65/66 T'bird tail lights adapted for shelby mustangs...Some have been known to use cougar tail lights as well. They do require some modding of the panel to properly mount/utilise them. The bobcats bolt on but you have to drill 2? holes to mount em.

Well, I seen the "T-Bird" lights installed, but these were actually Mustang lights....off a Mustang. I beleive the Maverick was owned by an individual in Canada, thanks for the reply

There is a car around Toronto, that has 71-73 Mustang tail lights, but they would involve some cutting.
