I wonder if the street beasts are the best selling ones. Its rare that they would do two mavericks. I think were really having an impact on sales :)

Looks like hitting a KMart Hot Wheels Collectors Day would be a good idea. The most recent one was Nov,6, 2010 ... we'll have to keep an eye peeled for when the first one is in 2011. Just did a search, and only found old news.

The green one is bound to be similar the new blue one. Not a huge fan, but still, probably got to get a few, just to have them, and the freak value of the green is a bonus.

I agree. Just look at all of the original redline Mavericks. There was some UGLY ones. But I'd take any of them in mint condition now! :)

The Street Beast maverick is 1/10. Very cool; area between wheel spokes is cut out. Just picked up 6 today.

Saw a Grabber Blue Maverick on E-bay. Is that for real?

Picked up 3 of the new "Street Beasts" today at Wally World. On the back of the card it says "Voted On By Collectors as the "People's Choice", These vehicles are smaller, lighter versions of muscle cars battling it out on the street. Collect All 10! The yellow wheels were a bit much for me so I made them "Redlines" by coloring in the outer rims with a sharpie while leaving the spokes yellow. Stands out a bit better that way I think. redline_original.jpg

I can't find a street beasts one outside of a ten pack and my Wal-mart is dead set on not restocking the hot wheels.

redline_original.jpg The WW I found mine at had just stocked them the day before and I did not see any of the Street Beasts however I picked up the Green Gran Torino and the White Talladega. I rechecked the following day and noticed they had a full display in another area and sure enough there was one right in front.

An easy way to find them is look up in the top right corner of the card for a 1/10 in blue (this does not always work as their are other series) Another way is to look at the bottom of the cards and look for Street Beasts in the center. Hope this helps anyone looking for them.

redblue_original.jpg Took out some more of the yellow on the new street beasts with a red sharpie. To me looks better then the Yellow/Blue combo.

Went into a brand new Walmart today and found their last gold Maverick.

I also picked up an 73 Aussie Ford Falcon XB which I thought was pretty cool :dancing:

I found and picked up a couple of the street beasts mavs and one of the red 72 grand torinos to go with the green one I already have. The assortment grows. 4 colors of the maverick, 2 of the aussi falcon and 2 of the grand torino. I also have a white 64 thunderbolt and a couple of 70 torino cobras. :drive:
