    is it just me or does the quality of the cars in the multipacks seam less than those on the cards. I've never liked buying the multi packs. Looks like I might have to buy one or two of them now. :16suspect

    Well, I picked up one of the 9packs this weekend with the black/yellow stripe one. Now I gotta swap the Maverick out and reseal it so I can gift it to my grandson or a nephew. Thanks for the heads up on this one. (y)

    Unless the Maverick was the special edition one in the multipak Ive found that it should be released on a single card in the near future. It won't be nessessary to buy the multipak if you can just wait it out ...

    Apparently there are two new colors, because Scooper said he also found one that is dark gray with black stripes. Maybe he will post a pic of it too.

    Mattel has the full list of 2013 mainlines on the Hot Wheels Collectors site and sadly it's not included, it's probably just a filler car for the multi-packs this year. I've only seen it in the 9 and 20 packs but there have been sightings in the Easter 5 packs at Target.

    I was surprised that it sold for that cheap.

    My local wal-mart had three of them in stock today. If anybody wants me to pick one up for them, let me know.
