97 anything is kinda old up here. not too much left on the road of that vintage.

i am trying to find rocker panels for my 2002 f150 because they are full of holes. the problem is that the truck is too new, so very few company's make them yet.

I am now down to just 4 left. In 06 I opened up the barn and started selling them off, sold 48 vehicles. Kept 2 65's one 2+2 fastback 4sp Mustang and a Comet Caliente Hardtop. The 2 trucks I kept are the 53 stepside sb and the 70 f-100 which is targeted for becoming a F-250/350 4x4 project. Could not see paying lease on a 160x50 building anymore to store toys I could not enjoy and since they were becoming a financial burden with all of the upkeep, insurance and storage it was time to find them new homes. Insurance agent cried, wife smiled and did the jig and I ran to the bank.

That Galaxie has tons of potential...the Mustang II is pretty sharp also.

Yeah, the Galaxie looks worse than it actually is....lots of surface rust, but the body is really solid with little-to-no rot except for the trunk pan. I bought it off the widow of the 2nd owner who had it since 1970. It runs and drives.....289 and a Cruise-O-Matic.

I'm building a dual-quad 460/C-6 for it, will also rebuild the original 289 and trans so it can be all put back to original if needed.

I'm wanting to do a nice little budget street car with the Mustang II, maybe a 351W/C-4......a 5 lug swap with the Bullitt wheels (they're only mounted on 4-to-5 lug adapters now)....that body style starts looking real good when you get rid of those wienie 13 and 14 inch wheels they came with.
