I asked every where what would enter change on my "74 maverick for power steering nobody would answer or could tell me so I did a little research & experimenting and I said to my self why won't 75 and newer center link, pitman arm, idler arm fit 74 down .75 &newer manual steering parts do and are easier to get and cheaper then you can put in a Borgeson power steering box you need the borgeson lower rag joint 990016 & you have to shorten the column by 1 1/2 inches it east to do no cutting just pull out the end of steering column where the rag joint bolts to then grab with one hand where the column is cramped and with small BFH smack end of column and it will collapse the 1 1/2 inches reinstall the shaft bolt on rag joint reinstall column back in car done ;)

    good job...:thumbs2:

you asked..."what would enter change on my "74 maverick for power steering?"
I myself don't look at swapping Maverick to Maverick parts as being...interchange parts.
