    Re: Living near Raleigh

Seth, yes we do live near each other. I-64 is a straight shot to Rocky Mount. What track to you race your car? There are a few 1/8 mile tracks here. The nearest is in Sharpsburg. I prefer 1/4 mile tracks. The one in Kinston is nearest one around here. "Fast and Furious". What size is the track in Roxboro? I know there are a hell-of-a-lot drag race tracks in NC, other than the left turn tracks (NASCAR) Right?

Hello, I also live in NC and just happen to be the MCCI NC State Rep. I've raced at several tracks here in NC.....Mooresville, Shadyside (Shelby), Roxboro, Greer (SC).....Next November there will be a mini-meet at the Mooresville dragstrip in Mooresville NC, it was kind of a last minute thing this past november so only a few people showed up. I'll keep everyone posted on the mini-meet....
