Does anyone know if the inline (1970) lower rear end shock mounts interchange with any other cars? Possibly a falcon or similar? Anyone have a part number for the inline shock mounts?

does the 70 model have staggered shocks?
you might want to look at the 67 and up mustang shock plates, they should fit.

The shock mounting tap on the Mustang plates have a lesser angle than a Maverick mounts. The Maverick plates are almost 45*. This angle differences might mess you up mounting the shocks to the spring plate.

    RH . D0DZ-5796-B
LH . D0DZ-5796-A .. These are Maverick specific numbers...

Number for RH is same for '71, but LH is different I believe because of staggered shock mount...
