Does anyone know if the top/back section of the seat out of a 4 door Maverick is interchangeable with a 2 door Maverick? The fabric on my 2 door 74' Maverick's top section of the back seat is tore, and I may have found a match to replace it with, but it is out of a 4 door Maverick. I figure the bottom part of the seat is different, but I wasn't sure about the top or back portion of the seat. I don't need the lower section, my original is still good. Thanks
