I might give up my newly re-done bench seat when I go to buckets... it's black vinyl with the rail road centers.

dont want to give up my rear though.

Why not swap in another set of seats? it wouldnt hurt the value of the car IMO

    Front & Rear Seats

    Hi,

My front seats came out of a '78 Subaru  . This car was in a Pick Your Part yard. I had them reupholstered.

Adapting them in wasn't a big deal. I bought some aluminum stock to make up some spacers and drilled a couple of holes in the floor, and used seat belt washers to spread the load.

My car originally had a bench seat, which was reupholstered at the same time as my "new" buckets.

    Regards,
    BaldEagleMav

Sorry, I meant to say that I had the rear seat reupholstered at the same time as my "new" front buckets.

I have a tan flight-bench seat (bottom cushion is one piece, seatbacks are independent with a center folding armrest) in good condition from a '77 that I would part with. Let me know if you're interested.

Maverick75, why didnt you do the probe front buckets also, to match everything? Check out my site below, I got the front probe buckets in mine. And to see a nicer job done, check out PART-TIME's mav.

Sometimes i ask myself the same question, the answer is that i alredy had a set of tempo buckets that i put in i kept those for memories since i leanred to drive in that car,its the first car i got pulled over in,and it was the first car i had an accident in.:)

I'm going to have all the seats reupulstered with confortweave and vynil so they match....also this is a temporary interior when i get finished with college i'm going to either turn it into a semi-G machine or do a semi-concours restoration.

BTW: I love PART-TIME's mav ever since i saw the video of it on TV:bowdown:(y)
