I used to own a 69 Coronet 500. Had a 318, 904 transmission, 8-1/4 open 2.76 rear and 4 wheel 10"drum brakes. I changed the K-frame because mine didnt have the indent needed for even a factory sway bar. Installed Addco front and rear bars with poly bushings, solid engine mounts, Big block torsion bars, Big cam 340ci, 727trans, 10" 3500 stall converter, 3.91 geared 8-3/4 SURE-GRIP rear with pinion snubber, heavy duty leaf springs, 11" rear drums and disc brakes up front. Found a really cool set of reclinable vinyl high-back buckets in an old Chevette. Side exhaust, loud as hell. Its pretty rare to see a worked up small block in one of these old B-bodies but it worked...
Here are the only shots I have of it. I bought this car for my wife when I smashed up her Maverick around 1987? Some how I ended up taking over the same way I did with Grabber I have now..:hmmm:

i plan on putting Big Block rear springs and torsion bars in mine as well. i can get them thru work thru mopar restoration at a good price. also gonna try to buy a local '69 Super Bee rolling chassis so that'll be my sway bars and such....

going big block (either 383 or 440) with a 4sp in mine if nothing changes.

i actually bought this car for a parts car but it's just too good to part out IMHO
