Does anybody know what spindles will interchange with the 72 Maverick? Mustang, Granda, etc.. I have a set of 75 Maverick spindles that has the disk brake set up but the spindles themselves are trash.. And I can't seem to find anywhere that sells Maverick spindles..

The '68-'71 Fairlane, Torino, Falcon, Cyclone, Ranchero etc fit, as do '68-73 Mustang & Cougar(all these are same brakes)... Spindle, bearing & tie rod pin size increased from '69 to '70 on all(as they did on Maverick from '69.5 to true '70)...

The brakes I listed are different than the Granada/Maverick, so you'd need all the parts(spindle, brackets, caliper, etc) for those to work...

Keep an eye out on ebay they do pop up from time to time. I have drum spindles from a 71 mach one on mine with 13" brake kit all the tie rods and ball joints are the same size a lot of the eailier spindles have different sizes. Best bet I think is to get a complete used setup from the cars listed above or get some used Maverick spindles on ebay

Another option is I believe Fatman, they make a drop spindle for our cars. Don't know much about them though.
