Stuck drums!!

    the sad thing is...the shop unsticks drums everyday, that's how they get them off. if he goes in and tells them he can't get the stuck drums off...cha ching $$$. they will make it sound like it's an extra fee to get them off...:yup:

    IMHO, you could cut it all off with a torch and put disc brakes on it for the same $ a shop will charge to redo the drum brakes.

    Probably a ridge worn inside the drum. Try to get that adjuster lloose
