    got my engine re-re-rebuilt, painted , rearend situated. the thing slowing me down is those stupid little things, like my job man can't they just pay me to work on my car, anyway i need to install, fix wiring and so on, i'm getting close and hoping to be there

    well i'm closer, engine installed, top loader hooked up. now all i have left to do is all the accessories. alt, rad, clean out gas tank,ect ect ect.....

    I usually meet folks for car-pooling (to Austin and other points south) at the Wally World there on the south side of town. They have gas and plenty of room to park and wait for folks. Mom works at the ford dealership which is adjacent to the WW parking lot as well. Just take exit 368A and stay on the access rd just past the ford dealership and turn into the WW parking lot.

    Sounds like a plan.

    Hello Ed. Glad to hear you're getting closer. If you want, I'll get the paperwork ready for Buttercup to be insured and inspected. You (or someone you trust) can drive it up. It probably needs another good blowing out (thanks for taking her out of storage the last time).

    'Sorry that I'll miss yet another Texas meet. :(
