Daughter's car now runs! Yeah!! Now, let me see, radiator (got that covered) tires, and the stupid wiper switch that is shorting out. Gotta figure out how to get it off. Didn't know there were so many Mavericks around here (we live in Itasca) just north of Hillsboro. Never claimed to be a mechanic, but this mom's not afraid to take stuff apart. Now, putting it back right is another thing :thumbs2:

Ya never know, someone may install that switch for you while we are there. Before or after the show of course :burnout:

I see that it starts at 9am. I am wanting to register my car so I am guessing I will be passing thru there around 8ish. We'll see what everyone else says... Guys, this is on 35W, some of you will be coming down 35E. Hillsboro is the next meeting point I think.

8:00 a.m. maybe a little late it is still a little over an hour to Waco and McGregor is probably another 20 miles east of Waco I am thinking we need to be meeting around 7:00 a.m.

The show shouldnt be much more than an hour from Hillsboro. Registration is generally open to 11 or so. I vote for 8ish.

If I have to trailer my car it will be 7. If I am driving or backseat driving then 8ish.

3 and 4, and one car.

Anyone recommend a hotel the night before? Do we have something set up with a group rate?

I went to Priceline and entered a bid for $40 and got a 2 star hotel (the best they have in Waco is 2 1/2 star) and the Extended Stay America came up. Regular price is $84.99. So that is where me and my boy will be staying.
