Ok thanks, this is a project car and not yet on the road but in the end I would like to run 15x10 rear rims tucked inside wheel wells

Nice how well does the system work? what does it give you about an extra 1 1/2" per side?

Is there any way I could get the blue prints for this set-up with all measurements?

I can tell what parts are used and can direct you to Mike if you or anyone else would like to purchase his relocating brackets. I didn't design and develop them so would not want to post dimensions for someone else to duplicate them.

Calvert racing sells the split mono leaf springs, adjustable shocks, and leaf spring rear attach point sliders. I have used this setup on other cars and it just works. John is a racer and great guy you can call for technical help and advice(his shop is local to me).

Mike is running a modified 8.8 explorer rear end with 35 spline axles and a spool, and leaf spring relocation brackets of his own design.

I can give you addition information once I have the springs moved and 8.8 rear in my car. I will measure and see how much room and what size rim, tire, and offset that works on my car. I am currently just going to run the explorer oem rear disks as the engine combo in mine is mild. I'm building the drivetrain before I add more power down the road.

Ok thanks, do you know it the sliders would work with stock 3 leaf spring set-up? I am working with limited funds and was going to try to build a similar set up

They will work with muti leaf setup, but heads up they are not real street friendly. Additional noise, harshness, and vibration.

I would run a rubber or urethane standard style rear bushing with no slider if its mostly street driven. Mine will be street driven but only to cruise, street race, or compete in true street class racing.

I'm not sure yet, just know that it will be driven to car club meets and cruises, not many places to race localy out here, they have gotten rid of all the 1/4 tracks and to old to be street racing:cool:
