Do the torque converters from a 6cyl with a C4 have a higher stall
    when used on a 351W??

Assuming that they are interchangeable, and they may be depending upon which variety of 6cyl you are looking at, the smaller the diameter of the converter, the higher the stall speed, especially when used behind an engine with more torque.
