My dad picked up this '88 Turbo Coupe today, people were asking $1000, got them down to 700 because it needs tires and brake work and needs a tail light and has lots of little dings in the body. 228,000 on the body, 25,000 on the long block and turbo. I was expecting it to be faster then it is, but it runs and drives great and the A/C works. Gas mileage seems excellent so far, which is good since that's what he bought it for. The '86 F150 was just drinking too much gas, it'll be up for sale soon.

    Jamie,

Do you know if the drive train is the same as was in the SVO Mustangs?

    Thanks,
    Bruce
