I've got an early 73. Vin # 3K91F108062. Can't think of what my dads is off the top of my head I do know it's much later than mine.

My '77 Maverick came with three additional build sheets that were attached to each other: one for a Comet, two for two other Mavericks and one for my car. The rotation numbers run in order for all three and the schedule dates for two of Mavericks are the same, but the Comet has a different schedule date. Even though the rotation numbers run in order, the Vin numbers for the Mavericks do not. Here are the rotation, Vin and schedule dates. My Maverick is the last one.

    Rotation #-3662 Vin- Q7K91L172310 Schedule date-30F
    Rotation #-3663 Vin- U7K31L520760 Schedule date-28F
    Rotation #-3664 Vin- Q7K92T172678 Schedule date-01G
    Rotation #-3665 Vin- Q7K91F172813 Schedule date-01G

So, who is pulling these numbers down and sorting them so they make sense to all of us?
