I would sure hope so. I'm sure it's been awhile since he's fired up the ole Mav. Would make a good road trip for him. He hasn't been down in awhile. He could meet up with Cliff, in his hometown & cruise on down to my place.
What do you say, Ray? Is there a road trip in your future? You need to pull the Mav out of mothballs & "Git-R-done"....

Then again, maybe Ray is considering retiring the Mav. hobby.
That's ok too. Sometimes the passion just fades away.

    :p

Hey now. The ol' Maverick does a fine job of holding down my driveway and occasionally scaring the neighborhood animals. I'm not very good at making it to cruises as is well known to the rest of you "locals."
It would help if there were racing or a burnout contest or something.
    We'll see...

Hmmm, if Ray is folding...perchance I'll follow suit.

Having so darn many Mavs & Comets in one place might get a bit crowded. It would be for the good of the group.

Come on down guys! Don't miss this fun event! The limit is 400 cars..if you don't show then we will just have more Camaro's in the cruise(not good:cry:!)..help us out..we need everyone we can get! If you are worried about overheating...get one of those new Rads that James made the deal for with Champion! (I got one:)). There are no drags sheduled at Pacific for Monday(check out the cool Mav in their ad:thumbs2:)...wonder if we could rent the track for some testing or something? Ray..if you don't want to bring your car I can pick you up and you could drive down with me!

Question: WTF is that stipulation in the registration form about arriving with only a 1/2 tank of fuel?
