Can someone scan this entry form into a pdf file or word document to post on here or email to everyone who is interested? I'd like to get a copy of it if possible. If no one can do this I can scan it into pdf file if someone would be willing to depart with theirs for a few days.

    June 9, 2006, Friday
    Test and Tune
    Gates open at
1 pm. time runs at 5:00 pm.

That's off of Topgun's schedule. It's on there, set up just for us, wasn't that nice of them?
Open T&T but will let us run as a group, set our own matches, etc. Entry fee is $35. They say they usually only get about 40 cars at a t&T. Website is topgunraceway.com. I have a bunch of copies of the show entry forms, will send to anyone that pm's me an address.

The mustang guys were completely uninterested in the poker run idea. So I'm thinking we just do a cruise with anyone that's still there on Sunday that wants to go. I'd like to show my family Tahoe, but I'll have plenty of time there so anywhere the group decides would be fine with me.

cruising around tahoe on sun would be awesome! i couldnt have really participated in the poker run fairly, would have offered to be a judge or something anyway.

EDIT: i just got my application and just wanted to make sure im reading correctly that we are only allowed to pay the $10 for the show and shine level as punishment for owning lesser vehicles?:hmmm::evilsmile not that ill win anything in the show with you guys being there too(y).

Thanks to Tom Laskowski for sending me his copy of the Reno show. I was able to scan it and make a pdf to post on here. It isn't the best, but it will work. Tom, I will send back your copy today.

    Thanks Again,
    Brent

I will be there. I just need to get my room, pay my registration, yank my tranny & install my new one, install my new shifter, wire up my electric waterpump, primer my drivers side fender and pray it runs. Damn, I got a lot of work to do. I am planning on being there and meeting up with everyone on Friday to make the trek over 80.

Well, I got busy last night. Water pump and altenator is all hooked up. Old tranny is almost out. Hopefully running by early to mid next week. Once I know it is running I will then pay for my room & show entry.

Tom, are you excited about this trip? I'm gonna have to score some qualudes to slip into your decaf I tell you is regular. :bouncy:
If we are all staying in the same hotel, meeting up isn't going to be a big problem, like I posted before I'll be there Thursday through Sunday night. If everyone pre-registers I'm sure we'll all be parking together at the show. The form says registrations opens at 9 or 10 but the guy who will actually be running it will be there way earlier, he'd be happy if we showed up at 7, the earlier we get there the better off we'll be. If we set up meetings now it'll probably change 10 times by June(and then Friday night there), other than you guys driving over the summit together(and that will probably change too). And even then someone will be hung over or just plain tired that morning and want to sleep in anyway, but that will be ok too. Got to roll with the flow on a get together with a bunch of folks we'll be meeting for the first time and expect change and snafus. BUT, when it gets close to leaving time I'll send my cell # and room # around. Actually we could, and should, have a big info swap a few days before departure. I hate the stinking cell so I'll wait til it's close.
Also I'll be towing my car up, so I'll have a tow setup there by the time you all are coming over Donner in case anyone has problems. Be happy to come out and get anyone, with all my tools and meters too. And then what better place to get a problem fixed than at a show with a bunch of Maverick and Mustang nuts. (Make you feel safer Roz?)
And yeah, I'll be going to the T&T, but let's get a little closer before we set up the caravan out there. Because I can tell you from experience the plans will be constantly changing right up until the motors crank.
The T&t is going to use up Friday night for me. I could see setting up a dinner for after the show on Saturday. I'd be happy to leave that setup to the guys who know Reno real well. Not that there's going to be so many of us that I think we would have any real problem getting in most anywhere.
How many are going for sure? :biglaugh: You'll know that when you get there.

Thanks for the up date, nice of you to offer a tow if needed. I think most cars will be fine making the trip over the top, I also will have tools etc. if needed ,that's one reason that makes doing a convoy from Newcastile worth the time it takes to meet up before making the climb to Donner. Not only that but it sure would look cool! Safety in numbers!

Am I looking forward to this meet? Yep! I work weekends and miss out on alot of events, took off last month for a air show in Sacramento, so this will be my second weekend off .

Let's see now, how many days left?
