    put in a petronixs electronic unit in my distributor.
    Idle much nicer now to find someone to run the car up to high rpm to check total advance.

    Still fabricating a new grill... wish I weld aluminum because the steel I'm using is really tacking on the pounds.

    some of the Guys are coming by tomorrow to help put it in...:thumbs2:
    this was #1 on my list of 3 things I want to do before the Gathering...:bouncy:

    I hear that from my GF all the time, "Aren't you finished with that car yet?". It's not a project, it's a hobby. You'd think she would realize that after I've had it for 41 years...

    got the tank shot with the undercoating (two cans)...:thumbs2:
    ...tools to do this project...

    now to get it back under the car...:whew:

    Jeff, Mike and Tim came by today...

    we hung the tank under the Mav. and then went to lunch.
    we went to Macons Baby Janes, food and service was great...:thumbs2:
    got back and put gas in the tank and fired it up...pouring down rain so didn't get to road (smoke) test it.
    now on to next project...
