    went to get new pads for my SSBC front disc brakes and found the pads to be...metric GM pads for 85 Monte Carlo...LOL
    these came with my ... RC-107 rack n pinion kit. they now come with..Wilwood brakes.

    while I have the wheels off...thought I would clean and polish them.
    got them steamed cleaned, hand washed yesterday. got one of them wet sanded with 1000 grit wet/dry sandpaper today, sanding alone took 2.5 hrs...:yup:
    tomorrow I will polish it...:bouncy:

    Finally. My T5 installed. Was quick. But put the t5 and the top loader always is fuc...ing hard to me.

    I did the work alone. I am very happy. Really pull hard.

    Only a problem now solved.

    Vibration!!!
    Resurfaced the flywheel, and clutch plate. The work was Bad done. Resurfaced On another shop. Solved some vibration. The others come from the contact from the t5 and the tunnel transmition.

    Hope to finish my Daughters Power Window Conversion tomorrow ! ( One side done , passenger side is ready for
    finishing ) I've been promising her for 3 years to do this .. I'm late but I'm finally making good on the promise.

    Put both my Mavericks in storage. Moving out of state for a job and won’t be able to work on them again for another year. :(

    I don't have many pics of this work but I'll send what I have.
    We put in some extra wiring so Kim can lower the PASSNGER window without reaching over to do so .. There will be
    a small rocker switch near the steering wheel on the dash to do this. Couldn't have been possible without your generosity. Thanks again Sir !!
